Cosmetic Surgery of the Lips
Basically, we can divide our experience of cosmetic surgery of the lips into two categories and they are as follows:

A. Lip Enlargement
B. Lip Reduction

The approach to these couldn’t be more different, in that, our lip enhancement or enlargement is usually done by the administration of a substance whether it be fat or Restylane, or Radiesse into the upper and lower lip with a very pleasing result that endures way beyond six months. It is again an in-office procedure and performed with great regularity in our centers.

On the other hand, lip reduction is an entirely different scenario in that it is targeted to the ethnic patients who are displeased with the size or prominence of their upper and/or lower lips.

Here the approach is entirely surgical in that, we perform in an in-office setting a measured reduction of the lips in the form of surgery. This produces a very high degree of patient satisfaction and enables our patients to return to work in a day or two. Again, this is one of the procedures in cosmetic surgery whose results will last a lifetime.
